Joy to the world! The rain was very, very much welcomed ^_^ And now the weather is tilting back to its normalcy. I hope it rains again tonight!

Today was the first time I ever needed to ring the SPCA up. And I wonder how many calls do they get a day?

Ahhh the chapter on Congress is so excruciatingly long. In fact, having to be tested on the workings of the American Government seems plain nerve-wrecking *_* I really wish he didn't forget about the test in week 4.
